You are about to embark on a three-year journey with your vine, starting from its planting at our winery. You will receive updates each month along the way so that you know how close or far away harvested wine is coming! When it’s time for full maturity, expect an extravagant celebration in which we’ll taste everything fresh off of those shoots–including some specially picked ones just waiting their turn before being harnessed into bottles under high pressure fermentation tanks precisely tuned by experts who care very deeply what makes good drinking.
